In 2006, Aspen Ridge was annexed into the Fraser Urban Growth Area making it possible to create a small mountain community for people who love the mountains and all that they provide.  Phase I of the Aspen Ridge subdivision process is now underway with the goal of creating 3 separate parcels by spring of 2012:
